Another year is in the books here at RevGEN; in 2021 we had a great time growing our client’s top-line revenue, making new connections, and learning how to navigate another year in the post-COVID hospitality landscape. As you may know by now at the end of every year we open the floor to our clients and send out a quick client satisfaction survey to gauge how we are doing and how we can improve in the coming year. This year we had over 140 responses, topping our 2020 performance by over 40 responses!!! We had responses from all walks of the hotel world – Owners, DOSs, FOMs, and every role in between. To show our clients how much we appreciate their feedback this year we stepped up our raffle prize-pool and gave away 2 $100 amazon gift cards to two completely randomized winners who filled out their survey. It looks like this year sales was our lucky department as both winners were Directors of Sales!
