Huge news! In case you haven’t heard RevGEN has been acquired by OTA Insight.  If you are an existing client you will have received an emailed letter from Bill with some thoughts on the transition, but click here to read the official press release! As if that wasn’t enough excitement, be sure to check out our new product enhancements to the Spider 2.0 platform. This month we made lots of portfolio admins happy by enabling a New User Creation Functionality, but also made some improvements to the Day by Day module, and the Daily Glance as well!

Spider 2.0 Enhancements

Check out the video above which shows off the cool new Variance Columns that we added to the Last Year & Forecast tab within the day-by-day module. We now have lots of new metrics which allow you to quickly see key metrics like reach to both budget and forecast as well as variance to last year pace and totals!

The other major enhancement this month was adding the ability for portfolio admins to create new users within their own organization! Lots of users have requested this enhancement which should make our users’ lives much easier! Follow the instructions here for a detailed how to which will teach you everything you need to know about creating a new user in Spider 2.0!

Lastly, we made some changes to both the Hotel and Portfolio Daily Glance emails which simplify the overall look, while also adding some additional date ranges on both the Hotel + Portfolio side of things. To see what exactly has changed, see the downloadable one-pager here for a detailed explanation.

Finally, just a reminder that for our reporting clients with multiple-hotel portfolios, our Client Success team is in the process of reaching out to you to set up your first yearly touchpoint call. We look forward to working with you throughout the year!
