As usual, August was another eventful month! Read on to see what’s new!
In August, Adam made it out to the Hotel Data Conference in Nashville and met with some of our clients! We hope you got a chance to make it out and see us at the OTA Insight booth, but if not we’ll catch you next time! Later in the month we got a very special visit from the one-and-only Sean Fitzpatrick (CEO of OTA Insight) who got a chance to meet some of the team 1-on-1, and also hosted an informative Q&A session!

This is a huge one! Getting support within Spider is now easier than ever! You can now chat with a member of our support team which will greatly improve interactivity, and reduce response times. Also, updates, training, and announcements will now be much more intuitive so you will always be in-the-loop with the latest goings on with the platform!
