Essential Job Functions

  • Analyze, recommend, and Implement rate, yield, channel, and E-commerce strategy changes for a portfolio of hotels
  • Lead weekly revenue calls with hotel owners, General Managers, and Directors of Sales
  • Review daily snapshot reports for each hotel in portfolio and provide necessary analysis, recommendations, or strategy implementations
  • Manage the Online Travel Agent relationships, Travel Ads and promotion participation to increase conversion and placement for hotel clients
  • Manage the daily reporting processes in the web-based portal and oversee the coordinator team

  • Coordinate with the SEO team to implement and execute strategies based on web analytics
  • Coordinate with the Kriya Connect team to manage web analytics, pay-per-click campaigns, and digital marketing campaigns
  • Assist or lead the development of new tools, reports, and processes for the Kriya RevGEN team
  • Assist or lead in training new Revenue Managers or employees

Position Requirements

  • 2-5 years of hotel revenue management experience necessary. Brand revenue management experience preferred
  • College degree in related discipline and/or revenue management or business analysis experience
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills. Proficiency in VBA preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort in presenting often
  • Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills
  • Good understanding of SEO, SEM, and web strategies
  • Understanding of current RM and PM systems and hotel extranets preferred

The E-Commerce Coordinator position provides the opportunity to manage digital strategy tasks for our hotel clients, web content creation and various HR and accounting administrative tasks. Essential Job Functions

  • Complete digital strategy tasks for a portfolio of 20+ hotels including, but not limited to updating/optimizing photos, correcting hotel facts, creating campaigns and overall optimization of distribution channels including Expedia, Booking, TripAdvisor, etc.
  • Draft thorough digital strategy monthly audit emails to be delivered to hotel owner and operators
  • Create content for our hotel website clients including blog research and creation as well as special event posting
  • Optimize web-content for search engine optimization using SEO plug-ins and keyword research
  • Assist in various human resource related tasks including vetting candidates, scheduling interviews and coordinating travel
