The Client Success Specialist position offers an exciting opportunity to manage the success of a large portfolio of product (Spider Analytics) users. We are looking for an entrepreneurial-minded individual eager to make an immediate impact in a startup environment not only through sound revenue management but also through improving current internal processes, analytics, marketing, and sales strategies.

Essential Job Functions

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for product user matters as well as build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our product according to product users’ needs and objectives
  • Connect client’s business needs with Spider Analytics, while constantly searching for new opportunities to benefit the hospitality industry
  • Clearly communicate the progress of quarterly product initiatives and product enhancements to product users
  • Track engagement of clients to ensure efficient use of Spider Analytics
  • Create consistent and persuasive communication internally and externally to help educate and influence clients
  • Assist in ad hoc requests for clients to maximize efficient use of product
  • Collect feedback, listen to new challenges, and propose innovative solutions to complex situations for the rapidly evolving hospitality industry
  • Become an expert in the inner workings of Spider Analytics

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or hotel administration
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to speak to large groups of people in training scenarios
  • Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills
  • Analytical thinker with ability to present findings in a clear and concise way (pivot tables, advanced Excel)
  • Proactive worker that takes initiative
  • Creative with ability to produce materials that can inform and promote user engagement
  • Time-Management Skills
