The position of front-end developer will assist our team of full-stack developers to improve the UI of our web application to provide clients with a modern and user-friendly hotel revenue management application. This entrepreneurial-minded person will also be tasked with brainstorming new projects and thinking outside the box to help grow the company.

Essential Job Functions

• Use HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and UI frameworks to build modern, interactive, efficient, well tested, and reusable User Interface custom components
• Understand ASP.NET or have exposure to ASP.NET syntax or razor syntax
• Test and troubleshoot work, ensuring error-free outputs, consistent experiences cross-browser, and appropriate experiences across mobile devices
• Guide the team in UI/UX best practices

Position Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science OR at least 3 years of relevant work experience
• Demonstrated experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and jQuery.
• Familiarity with C#, the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server and the MVC architectural pattern
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Strong ability to work in a team environment and take the lead on new projects
• US work authorization required

Desired Qualifications

• Experience working with the Kendo UI framework
• Experience working with the React JS Javascript library
• Project portfolio accessible via GitHub or any file-sharing site
