Implementation Specialist

The Implementation Specialist position offers an exciting opportunity to get hands on in the backend setup of our brand neutral Hotel Revenue Management Software, Spider.

Essential Job Functions

• Manage the onboarding process of new clients assisting on the implementation of our application from start to end
• Responsible for obtaining access to all required systems and integrating into our application
• Responsible for working with clients to complete all data mapping and manual entries to align setup with client’s preferences
• Responsible for performing initial data quality check
• Test and troubleshoot final system setups
• Processing researching and fielding all reported bugs to hand off to product team
• Managing Hotel system migrations within our software
• Managing daily reporting failures
