The Implementation Specialist position offers an exciting opportunity to get hands on in the backend setup of our brand neutral Hotel Revenue Management Software, Spider.
Essential Job Functions
- Manage the onboarding process of new clients assisting on the implementation of our application from start to end
- Responsible for obtaining access to all required systems and integrating into our application
- Responsible for working with clients to complete all data mapping and manual entries to align setup with client’s preferences
- Responsible for performing initial data quality check
- Test and troubleshoot final system setups
- Processing researching and fielding all reported bugs to hand off to product team
- Managing Hotel system migrations within our software
- Managing daily reporting failures

- Time-Management Skills
- Proficiency in Excel
- Prior hotel experience
