The Revenue Management and E-commerce Intern position offers an exciting opportunity to enter at the ground level of a rapidly growing Revenue and E-commerce company. We are looking for an entrepreneurial-minded individual eager to make an immediate impact in a startup environment where projects are neither too big nor too small to handle.

Essential Job Functions

• Develop internship with leadership around strengths and interests within the hotel revenue management and e-commerce industry
• Shadow the revenue management for a portfolio of hotels including implementing rate, yield, and e-commerce strategy
• Assist in the design and development of Spider by Kriya RevGEN.
• Assist in ad hoc analysis and reports for hotel clients to identify revenue opportunities
• Actively manage updates and content for the Kriya RevGEN and client websites including blogs, OTAs, and brand.com
• Assist or lead the development of new tools, reports, and processes for the Kriya RevGEN team
• Manage web analytics, pay-per-click campaigns, and digital marketing campaigns

Position Requirements

• Junior in hospitality program with a strong desire to learn more about revenue management or e-commerce
• Excellent Microsoft Word skills
• Strong organization skills and flexibility
• Working understanding of hotel operations
• Strong ability to work in a team environment and take the lead on a new project

Desired Qualifications

• Good understanding of SEO, SEM, and web strategies
• Experience with website technologies such as WordPress & HTML
