Tell me a little about where you came from and your previous experience.

I grew up in Sherman, TX where I worked at a resort and grew to enjoy the hospitality industry.  I then graduated form the Hilton College at the University of Houston in May 2016. I became interested in revenue management after working for White Lodging and luckily found Kriya.

How long have you worked for Kriya RevGEN, and what is it about Kriya RevGEN that you enjoy the most?

Started in May so almost six months now. I like the young team and start up atmosphere which provides a lot of unique opportunities.

What’s the most challenging part of your job?  What is the most exciting?

The most challenging part is also the most exciting.  Learning the policies and reasonings  of the different brands’ revenue management philosophies is thought provoking.

What is your favorite brand to manage?

Wyndham, it’s a free for all. Anything goes.

What is the best taco in Dallas?

Houston has better tacos, but if I have to choose it’d be Taco Casa.

What’s your favorite office lunch spot?

Mexican is my favorite food group after dairy, so definitely Tio Carlos; best enchiladas Las Colinas has to offer.

If you could only eat one food for the rest of your life, what would you want it to be?

Macaroni and Cheese – preferably Stouffers.

What are you Macaroni and Cheese power rankings?

  1. Stouffers
  2. Joe’s Diner (Trader Joes)
  3. Velveeta Shells & Cheese
  4. Marie Callenders
  5. Easy Mac

What’s your favorite Pandora station to listen to in the office?

Right now, anything Christmas. I can name all the reindeer.  If it’s not Christmas, I like some Texas Country,  Fleetwood Mac or Kenny G to get the mind going.

What is your highest score in the office putting competition?

Thanks for asking, it’s really not much of a competition though.  I currently own the record at 5 in row, but Daniel may say otherwise.
