What is it like to live in India and work for a US-based company?  Pros/Cons?

Working with Kriya team in the USA can be challenging due to the odd work hours (my morning is their night and vice versa) So I handle the work half in the day and half in the night so I can communicate with the US team properly. I like the working for US company because the people are very professional and also work is best quality  – it is a totally unbeatable experience.

What is the favorite part of your job?

To bring the creative idea in mind and apply it to creative website design and and make customer happy with their websites.

What do you like to do for fun in India?

On holiday time I enjoy spending some time with Family and Friends. I like scuba diving and paragliding and I also like to visit the many fun destinations to in India such as Mount Abu, Jaisalmer – Udaipur, Andaman Niko bar, Diu Daman as well as some religious temples in Gujarat.

Tell me about your favorite parts of Indian Cuisine?

I enjoy testing different foods as per Gujarati cuisine. The typical Gujarati thali consists of rotli, dal or kadhi, rice, and shaak/sabzi (a dish made up of several different combinations of vegetables and spices, which may be either spicy or sweet). The thali will also include preparations made from pulses or whole beans (called kathor in Gujarati) such as mung, black eyed beans etc., a snack item (farsaan) like dhokla, pathra, samosa etc. and a sweet (mishthaan) like mohanthal, jalebi, doodh pak etc. Gujarati cuisine varies widely in flavour and heat, depending on a family’s tastes as well as the region of Gujarat to which they belong.

What would you like to do or see when you eventually come visit us in the US?

I will meet the Kriya team and will work together with all the people, with no time different and being face to face it will be easier to get more done. Also I would like to visit some of attractions nearest our office  area. I am not sure about which is the attraction most favorite over there, but I like watching sports, so I would enjoy going to a baseball game.
