We’re extremely excited to announce that Kriya RevGEN has been acquired by OTA Insight, the industry leader in cloud-based data intelligence for the hospitality industry.  If you are an existing client you may already understand why this is the perfect fit. For several years now we have integrated OTAI’s fantastic rate shops into our Spider 2.0 platform, and service clients have likely seen their revenue manager incorporate the OTA Insight platform into revenue calls for our weekly spotlights, additional market insights, or for a fun way to spice-up revenue meetings. In this regard, the acquisition feels extremely natural and should come as a pleasant surprise.

Where we are different from others is our extremely powerful proprietary web-based platform Spider 2.0, which standardizes hotel data across all brands and allows hotel ownership/management groups to leverage their data at-scale. The new acquisition is exciting in that we can greatly bolster our platform with better analytics, leverage more development resources, and work with a larger team of experts which will result in making what we think is the best RM reporting solution on the market even better.
