Our Executive Team
Bill Daviau brings over eight years of hotel revenue management, product development, and digital strategy. His entrepreneurial drive led him to leave his corporate career with one of the largest hospitality companies in the world and team up with Kriya Hotels. Bill leads Kriya RevGEN and oversees the revenue strategy of 200+ hotels across the US and APAC as well as the Spider by Kriya RevGEN platform development.
Together with Kriya, Bill’s mission is to provide the best hotel revenue analytics and service available to hotels of all sizes, brands, and scales. Bill graduated from Cornell University with a B.S. in Hotel Administration and a Minor in Real Estate in 2009.

Raj Chudasama brings professional experience in the Technology, Hospitality, and Investment Finance sectors. His expertise includes all areas of finance including acquisition, disposition, refinance, and financial statement analysis. Raj’s network of connected hoteliers, relationships with large brands, and expertise as an owner/operator himself allows Kriya ReVGEN to remain at the cutting edge of hospitality technology with a unique pulse on the industry.
Before co-founding Kriya RevGEN, Raj successfully co-founded Kriya Hotels – a premier hospitality investment and management group with over 14 hotel assets throughout Texas and Oklahoma. Prior to that, he was in IT Project Management for Fortune 500 clients of Computer Sciences Corporation. Raj’s formal education includes a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from The University of Oklahoma’s Price College of Business. His Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, from California State University, Long Beach.

Nina Chudasama serves as managing partner for Kriya RevGEN. She graduated with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting from the University of Oklahoma’s Price College of Business and received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law. In 2004 Nina co-founded the hotel investment and management firm of Kriya Hotels.
Nina is passionate about creating management efficiencies for revenue and operating profit growth, in turn maximizing asset value.
Nina’s favorite hotel in the world is the Conrad Maldives.
Laura Daviau brings over six years of revenue management experience with two of the largest hotel management companies in the country. Her experience includes working on a revenue team for a 760 room hotel in NYC, managing a luxury portfolio of eight hotels in several metropolitan markets and overseeing a 500 room portfolio of mid-scale hotels in the southern USA.
She joined the RevGEN team to help grow and strengthen the relationship between our hotel partners and their online presence, and she manages the Digital Strategy and Connect by Kriya RevGEN offerings. Her goal is to ensure all hotel partners have the data and tools needed to put their best foot forward online. Laura graduated from Cornell University with a B.S. in Hotel Administration.
Laura’s favorite hotel in the world is Hotel Maria Cristina in San Sebastian.
Harikrishna Patel is responsible for the Kriya RevGEN Product Development. He has over 8 years of experience in various technologies including Microsoft, PHP, Website Design and Development, and Mobile App Development and oversees a team of 40+ developers.
He holds a degree in Computer Applications from Saurashtra University, a Masters in Computer Applications specializing in Object Oriented Application Design and Development from Gujarat University, and is a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist.
Hari’s favorite hotel in the world is Taj Lake Palace in Udaipur.
Rajni’s best qualities include being a creative thinker, a leader, a cheerleader, a brilliant entrepreneur, and someone who understands that behind every great web application is an important business objective. Rajni has a Bachelor of Science, Information and Technology Degree from Manipal University.
Rajni’s favorite hotel in the world is JW Marriott Singapore South Beach.
