The Digital Strategy Coordinator position provides the opportunity to manage digital strategy tasks for our hotel clients, web content creation and various HR and accounting administrative tasks. We are looking for a task-based, organized, detailed, and creative individual eager to make an immediate impact in a startup environment not only through their various day-to-day projects but also through improving current internal processes and procedures.

Essential Job Functions

  • Complete digital strategy tasks for a portfolio of 40+ hotels including, but not limited to updating/optimizing photos, correcting hotel facts, creating campaigns and overall optimization of distribution channels including Expedia, Booking, TripAdvisor, etc.
  • Create and distribute monthly reporting of marketing metrics and opportunities through a system of audits to hotel owners and operators
  • Execute account-specific digital marketing tactics to improve online presence through pay-per-click advertising
  • Creates marketing materials and multi-channel print to improve client engagement
  • Optimize web-content for search engine optimization using SEO plug-ins and keyword research
  • Assist in billing-related tasks including following up on payments and sending invoices

Position Requirements

  • 2-5 years of administrative or hotel-related operational experience
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Word skills
  • Strong ability to work in a team environment and take the lead on new projects

Desired Qualifications

  • College degree in business or hotel administration
  • Working understanding of WordPress
  • Working understanding of hotel operations
